At Mototrend Tyres Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please follow our returns process outlined below.
Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, and in resalable condition.
Special-order items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 01924 479013 or email sales@mototrend.co.uk to obtain Return Authorisation.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping unless a compensating order of 2x the valve of goods to be returned placed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
